Position Overview: For each show shift, the Asst. Food & Beverage Manager will lead by example and work to ensure smooth overall operations; excellent customer service; accurate reporting, cash handling, and register closeout; service of food and drinks to correct specifications; adherence to proper procedures; and a clean, safe, and legal workplace. The Assistant Manager supports overall Food & Beverage operations with tasks such as set-up & breakdown, stocking, organization, inventory, routine cleaning, as well as other non-show related maintenance and preparation.
Requirements: Minimum three (3) years working with public, retail, bar or customer service experience. Experience in high volume bar service setting preferred. High School diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree desired. Arizona Alcohol Certification.
Schedule and Start Date: Full time, primarily evenings and weekends with periodic daytime support shifts. Desired Start date no later than September 29.
