As the nation gears up for its 250th birthday, enjoys a unique and engaging glimpse into the formative years of the USA. This isn’t just another history lesson; it’s an immersive experience that brings the past to life! Join us at the historic Fox Theatre for a captivating program featuring carefully selected silent movie clips that offer glimpses into pivotal moments in early American history, from the American Revolution and the Civil War to gold rushes and the the Great Depression. These clips will be accompanied by LIVE organ tunes, featuring organist Dave Wickerham playing the Fox’s own Mighty Wurlitzer organ.

But the magic doesn’t stop there! An acclaimed theatre organist will grace the stage to accompany the film segments live, giving attendees a truly authentic experience:  silent movies backed by a theatre organ in the 1920’s “Picture Palace” that is the Fox!  This historical show will transport your students to another time, making history tangible and unforgettable.

What better way to connect with the past than by experiencing it in such a historically rich and engaging way?
