With roots in the theatre’s vaudeville past, this high-energy extravaganza brings together a chaotic cast of clown-infused characters with a mix of science demos, live theatre, youth performers, and top-tier local musicians. It’s a joyful, vintage-fueled concoction of Tucson’s best, for all the kids…and kids-at-heart!

Almost everyone that grew up in Tucson in the 1930s and 40s was part of the Fox’s local variety show, known as the Mickey Mouse Club.  Back then, it was all about community, access, and fun, and so too is this reimagined variety extravaganza! As the Fox elevates live, local, family-friendly entertainment to new heights, it’s also throwing open the doors of the theatre with Pay-What-You-Can ticketing. While every show explodes with fresh acts, you can always count on a core cast of fan favorites to keep Kitt and Kaboodle on the rails!

Wolfe Bowart, Artistic Director
An internationally acclaimed playwright, director, and multidisciplinary performer, Wolfe Bowart brings decades of experience in circus arts, physical theatre, and storytelling. Trained at Seattle’s Cornish College of the Arts and mentored by renowned artists, Bowart has created and performed award-winning work across the U.S., Australia, and Europe. As a director and artist-in-residence, he has introduced audiences of all ages to the magic of physical theatre through collaborations with organizations including the Los Angeles Music Center, Wolf Trap, and Australia’s National Institute of Circus Arts.
