Mesquite Elementary School held their first performance of Disney’s: Newsies Jr. four years ago. This year, Mesquite Elementary School will return to the Fox stage to present How To Train Your Dragon Jr.! Mesquite’s Drama program works hard all year for their performances at the Fox. Students that come through the drama program see the Fox from the audiences perspective, from a performer’s view, and culminate their learning by standing in the spotlight for their very own performance!

Students in Mesquite’s Drama program are in 5th grade, their final year at Mesquite, and spend all year learning to speak, act, move and think like their characters.
