Randy Rainbow (and yes, that is his real name) is an American comedian, actor, singer, writer and satirist best known for his popular series of musical parodies and political spoofs, which have garnered him international acclaim.
With his even features, flawless teeth and Broadway-quality pipes, Rainbow’s shtick is part Anderson Cooper, part Robert Goulet. Brandishing his signature anchorman pink cat glasses, Rainbow first hit internet gold in 2016 when he “moderated” the first presidential debate between Trump and Hillary Clinton. He was so annoyed by Trump’s use of the word “braggadocious” that he burst into a song based on “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.” The video has more than 27 million views on Facebook.
Currently touring the U.S. to sold-out shows, the influencer and internet sensation’s viral comedy videos receive millions of views across all social media and digital platforms.
Randy has also written for comedian Kathy Griffin and hosted and performed in numerous theatrical events for the Broadway, cabaret and gay communities, as well as for the Tony Awards and some of New York City’s most popular night spots including 54 Below, Birdland Jazz Club, XL Nightclub and Therapy NYC where his own weekly show ran for two years.
