This beloved family film tells the story of two unlikely friends – a young, orphaned fox named Tod and a hound dog pup named Cooper. As they grow up, their friendship is hampered by their masters and by the fact that they are, by nature, enemies. Copper becomes a strong hunting dog and Tod a wild fox. The pair must overcome their differences to salvage their friendship. This was a first film as feature animators for directors Tim Burton and Brad Bird (among many other animators).
