Job Description
The Fox’s Director of Finance & Administration Manager ensures the organization’s finance and administrative functions meet the highest professional standards, and effectively supports both the strategic and day to day operating health of downtown Tucson’s flagship, historic performing arts facility. As a member of the leadership team, the position works closely with the Executive Director and other department directors, and is directly responsible for developing, refining, leading, and implementing transparent and efficient financial and business management strategies, procedures, and reporting, which remain responsive to the evolving needs of a growing nonprofit organization. They provide supervision for Accounting, HR, and Business Operations team members; and serve as both a hands-on and participative manager responsible for accounting and administration activities.

Job Description
The Community Programs Coordinator is a working, frontline coordination position responsible for supporting the planning, administration, delivery, and evaluation of Fox Tucson Theatre locally produced programs, community partnerships, civic and cultural activities, local artist initiatives, and mission-aligned venue-use opportunities. The role coordinates program logistics, partner communications, artist and organization support, internal planning processes, and day-of-program operations for programs taking place at the theatre and in community settings.
This position functions with independent judgment within established procedures, program goals, budgets, safety requirements, facility-use expectations, and organizational policies. The position works under the direction of the Associate Director of Education and Community Programs and collaborates with internal departments, local artists, and a range of external partners to ensure community programs are organized, accessible, mission-aligned, financially responsible, and delivered with a high level of service.
