Job Description
The Communications Coordinator is a full‑time support and coordination role responsible for the execution and delivery of the Fox Tucson Theatre’s electronic marketing efforts, sponsorship fulfillment tracking, rental partner marketing services, and education program communications. This position focuses on coordinating defined communications activities, managing timelines, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and follow‑through across external communications. Requirements
Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of professional experience in communications, electronic marketing, marketing coordination, or project support. Experience in performing arts, entertainment, or nonprofit organizations preferred. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

The Marketing Coordinator is a full‑time support and coordination role, responsible for the execution, organization, and delivery of the Fox Tucson Theatre’s visual communications and graphic production needs. This position focuses on providing hands‑on production support, coordinating playbill and other in-house visual communication materials, assisting with video asset preparation, and supporting event‑related requirements, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion across print, digital, and on‑site applications. Reporting through the External Relations team and working closely with the Principal Graphic Designer, the Coordinator supports defined production workflows and marketing initiatives by managing assets, preparing materials, coordinating timelines, and assisting with day‑to‑day visual execution.
