Position Overview
The Fox’s Events & Hospitality Associates serve as a general event and administrative assistance for Patron and Event Services Department, undertaking a range of basic tasks required to ensure the smooth running of events, preparation and facilitation of events, and day of show tasks, with particular attention to fulfilling the general hospitality needs of touring personnel, including transportation, errands, basic office support, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Two (2) years providing exceptional customer service preferred. Familiarity with performing arts industry preferred. High School diploma or GED; Associate degree desired.
Schedule and Start Date Open until filled. Casual part-time; dependent on event schedule
Compensation: $16.50-$20.00/hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinate, order, and pick-up show food and production supplies from area businesses.
- Run errands in support of artist hospitality needs
- Maintain knowledge of area resources and amenities, Fox resources and policies and procedures; and provide concierge level service for Fox guests, including artists, touring parties, rental clients, and other guests
- Provide welcoming environment and proactive support of artists, assisting with arrangements for their transportation, housing, catering, and other needs as they arise
- Assist the Patron & Event Services teams with event day tasks, including set up, tear down, and space preparation
- Safely and confidentially handle cash, grocery and supplies shopping, and other tasks as requested, submit receipts and maintain required documentation for approved show purchases
- Maintain clean, neat, artist and public-ready areas
- Respond to artist and tour hospitality requests promptly, professionally, and with exceptional attention to client satisfaction
- Set up, load, and unload, and tear down of supplies, catering, and other artist hospitality materials
- Stock, arrange, organize hospitality goods, materials, and inventory
- Washing, drying, folding house linens and towels
- Opening, locking up and securing venue
- Provide administrative, organizational, and show-day support for Rental Events, Education Events, and Presented Events
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional demeanor and appearance required.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor in a fast paced, high-volume pressure filled environment.
- Capable of communicating professionally, positively, and enthusiastically with artists, performers, crew, theatre staff/volunteers, agencies and other stakeholders.
- Experience in working with the public in a retail or customer service environment, performing arts industry preferred.
- Exceptional inter-personal skills in written and spoken communication formats, and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be available for significant weeknights and weekend hours.
- Must be able to frequently move/transport/lift/load/unload and carry boxes, packages, supplies, and items of varying sizes weighing up to 25 pounds; climb stairs frequently; frequently stand, walk, bend, and reach.
- Working knowledge of Downtown Tucson and surrounding areas.
- Experience driving large vehicles preferred.
- A reliable personal vehicle, a valid drivers license, clean driving record and fully insured with a minimum of 100/300 liability coverage.

Position Overview
The Fox’s Social Media and Content Creation Specialist is responsible for day-to-day communications activities as it relates to the organization’s social media profile, ensuring department timelines are executed in a team-oriented, professional environment. This position is responsible for content capture and design related to photography and videography acquisition and editing. This staff position is an integral position at the Fox Tucson Theatre, collaborating with multiple teams across multiple departments to ensure efficient and effective external communications pertaining to a variety of campaigns and causes.
Requirements
Minimum three (3) years professional social media experience required with experience in performing arts industry preferred. Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Schedule and Start Date
Full-time. Regular office hours. Open until filled, with preference given to applications received by 12/5.
Compensation
$44,200 – $52,000 ($850 – $1,000/wk) plus generous benefits

- General project management of a variety of digital-specific promotions and initiatives as directed
- Expanding and establishing accounts across all major and minor social media outlets, tailoring strategies to each platform based on its unique best practices
- Work closely with the Director of External Relations to test, track, and analyze the department’s social activities to continue to increase efficiency and reach of outbound communications
- Lead the generation of compelling content, working in collaboration with other team members, to deliver brand based messaging and stories of the organization through varied platforms
- Principle responsibility for institutional photo and video capture and editing projects across a number of different promotional areas including for social ads, on-site presentations, and other mediums
- Serve as a primary support function in copy editing content received or created internally for use in social channels with the ability to tailor these pieces to best serve the end line medium
- Develop and manage social media content campaigns that support brand awareness, raise interest in Fox programs and events, and activate engagement
- Play an active role on the team in managing the social media calendar, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness as appropriate across each channel regarding frequency and overall content strategy
- Serve as another team member capable of generating content both written and visual for various mediums, channels, and purposes across the organization
- Assist the team with in-person inbound and outbound community engagement initiatives as appropriate

- Must be proficient in all major social media platforms including, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc. with expert knowledge of best practices unique to each channel
- Ability to plan, organize, multitask, and implement projects in a professional manner with both internal and external team members and vendors
- Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment
- Experience managing social media campaigns and promotions, exhibiting the knowledge to effectively target the most appropriate audiences
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work independently, and as a team member, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving
- Photo and video capture expertise
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, video and photo editing software with the ability to learn new programs as necessary
- Exemplary copywriting and copyediting experience and/or ability
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
