The first panel in the University of Arizona’s Center for the Philosophy of Freedom new Public Discussion Forum series will focus on the restaurant industry, featuring Chef/Founder Amanda Cohen of Dirt Candy (NYC), Don Guerra, Chef/Founder of Barrio Bread and co-owner of Barrio Charro, Chef Maria Mazon, Chef/Founder of Boca Tacos, (all nominated for a James Beard award this year!) and will be moderated by Sabrina Medora.
The event is free but requires registration and will take place Wednesday March 30th 6pm-7:30pm.
